Opening reception (21 May)

This easy welcome reception, with Czech finger food and beers will give you a direct taste of Prague, Czech Republic and the Czech beer culture that will be at the centre of the Brewers Forum! You’ll be able to enjoy the food and beers, meet your friends from the industry, make new one and start jump into the Brewers Forum 2023!

Date and time: 21 May 2023, 19:00 – 22:00

Location: Pivovar Staropramen, Nádražní 43/84, Praha 5 – Smíchov, the entrance is from restaurant Potrefená husa Na VerandáchThe opening reception takes place 300 metres from the metro station Anděl.

Price: 40 EUR (if not included in a package registration fee).

Access: Few days before the opening reception, you will be sent a QR code, which you need to have ready before entering the opening reception.

Beer Tour in Prague (22 May)

The tour will relate all the stories you need to know about local beers, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Along the way, your guide will also bring you to the best viewpoint of the capital of Czech Republic and spare some tips to understand local culture and history. Take a tour behind the scenes with us and spend the best night ever in Prague historical centre, with tasting all around the route.

Date and time: 22 May 2023, 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 according to your booking

Meeting Point: Registered participants will be contacted directly by the guide in upcoming days.

Price: 59 EUR (includes 4 beers, beer snack, tram ticket, professional tour guide)

Closing reception (23 May)

After two days of conferences and trade show with your peers, and before enjoying one of our technical visits, it will be time to test your knowledge of Czech beer in this iconic location! Funded as a bank, the team at Červený Jelen kept the old vault and structure and turned this old financial institution into a booming restaurant focused on delicious and attractive food.

Date and time: 24 May 2023, 19:30 – 23:00

Location: Červený Jelen, Hybernská 1034/5, Praha 1 – Nové Město

There will be buses departing from PCC to the closing party. The meeting point is the Entrance number 2 and 3 of PCC, then an organizer will take you to the bus.

If you are heading to the party on your own, please allow 20 minutes to get there from PCC. From metro station Vyšehrad, which is located right next to the venue, you take the red line C in direction to Letňany. You will go only 3 stops (5 minutes) to Hlavní Nádraží station, from where you can walk 10 minutes to the Červený Jelen. For those staying in one of the hotels next to the venue, there will be an organized transport from the reception back to the venue.

Price: 50 EUR (if not included in a package registration fee)

Access: Delegates are kindly required to wear the name badge, as the QR code on it allows them to enter the closing reception.

TECHNICAL VISITS (24 May)

For those, who have booked it, there are technical visits held on 24 May 2023.

Meeting Point: in front of entrance No. 2 and 3 of PCC, a guide will take you to the bus

 All the buses will be coming back to the PCC, some of them stopping at the airport first. The others go first to Prague Congress Centre and then to the airport. So, if you wish to go to the airport, do not forget to take your luggage. The schedule might vary a bit depending on the traffic situation. All delegates are required to have the name badge.
