Frequently Asked Questions

Where and when will the event take place?

The Brewers Forum and EBC Congress will be held at the IFEMA Municipal Palace, in Madrid, from 29 May to 1 June 2022.

What is the format of the event?

The event will be held in person. The Forum will take place over 2 days while the EBC Congress lasts 3 days, and all tickets include access to both events and the exhibition area.

What are the actual sanitary requirements to enter Spain?

All persons entering Spain from other countries, including international transits, must complete the Health Control Form and obtain their QR to present at boarding and health controls on arrival in Spain.

If you come from a country/area considered at risk for COVID-19, you must present a certificate or document certifying vaccination, an active infection diagnostic test (either NAAT  – PCR test or RAT- rapid antigen test) or recovery from COVID-19. These certificates will be different if they have been issued in a country of the European Union (EU Digital COVID Certificate) or in a third country.

What are the sanitary requirements to attend the event ?

In accordance with the COVID-19 prevention measures in Spain, to attend the event you will go through a temperature check control, you are required to wear a mask at all times, and maintain the social distance.

The Organizer is committed to the health and safety of all the attendees and reserves the right to change these requirements, should the sanitary situation change.

Will there be testing facilities onsite?

No, but we can provide you a list with places where you can get a test. Please send us an email to  info.forum-congress@kenes.com if you need assistance.

How do I register for the event?

In order to register, please click here. Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Within the registration form, once you have chosen the type of ticket, you can add the code received in the Discount Code box.

How can I register for a social event or a technical visit?

Within the registration form, you will be able to choose the social events you would like to attend, as well as the technical visit, according to your type of ticket.

What does my ticket include?

Depending on the type of ticket (2 or 3 days) you have access to sessions of both the Brewers Forum and EBC Congress, to the exhibition area, to all the F&B offered and to the event material.

What are the exhibition hours?

The exhibition, located on the 3rd floor of the venue, will be open from 08:30 to 19:00 daily.  

Exhibitors will be allowed access earlier.
