CARLSBERG DENMARK CHANGED THEIR BEER PRODUCTION.
And according to the Brewing and Quality Director of Carlsberg in Denmark, Anders Kokholm the implementation is “fundamentally changing the way that the brewery will produce beverages in the future”.
By reducing production lead times and streamlining operations, they can adapt to changing consumer demands and deliver high-quality products in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
ONE MAJOR BENEFIT
is the ability to blend two or more beers together, which can result in the creation of entirely new beer styles. Additionally, the possibility to adjust the alcohol percentage in beer just before filling is providing greater flexibility in the production process.
Increasing the filling degree of BBT’s and reducing the number of beer types in the brewery’s Bright Beer Tanks helps to streamline production processes and being able to produce beer just-in-time and on-demand, from base Mother beers, means that they can change the production from weeks to hours – whilst increasing the production capacity significantly.
JOIN OUR WORKSHOP
Tuesday, May 23rd, from 15:00 to 15:45, and learn how changing the point of de-brewing and storing HGB can increase your production capacity, implement just-in-time, on-demand beer production, and late manufacturing. How you can achieve cost savings, process improvement, increased operational efficiency and a dramatic increase in capacity.
