Description:
Czech Republic is the home of Pilsner beer, but there are much more lagers in Czech Republic and in Europe than just Pilsner. This session will explore the different lager beer styles from (but not restricted to) Czech Republic and explains the differences in terms of beer style, consumer experience (i.e. how to sell this to consumer, how to educate them on the differences) and what are the key technical brewing requirements to brew them.
