Marie-Emmanuelle Berdah is a Zythologue (or Beer Sommelier if you prefer) and Certified Cicerone®.

In 2022, she founded Craftology, a company which aims at educating food and beverage professionals as well as individuals, amateurs and connoisseurs. She enjoys sharing her love and passion for beer through workshops and beer tasting. She teaches in different beer sommelier institutes in France.

She co-founded Buveuses de Bières in 2022, a non-profit association whose objective is to federate women beer lovers and improve their beer knowledge. 

Before creating her own company, Marie-Emmanuelle had been working in several breweries in Europe and in beer stores.
