Liz has played a number of roles in the brewing world, from getting knee-deep in hops on the production floor in Maine, to building sensory programs for craft breweries in the Netherlands to serving as Production Manager for Oedipus Brewing in Amsterdam. She is an American Brewers Guild alum and completed beer flavor analysis training at the Tufts University Sensory and Science Center. She uses her real-world experience to help craft breweries build and launch simple, efficient, fun systems that empower busy brewing professionals to run their own sensory programs. The result is better beer, more efficient production, and happier team members. She co-founded the Benelux chapter of Pink Boots Society and has hosted a number of webinars for the Master Brewers DEI Committee, of which she is an active member. She is currently working to co-found a new brewery and winery in Amsterdam Noord.
