DR. Deniz Bilge started his career at Beck&Co, Germany, in the 90s as expert in filtration and in the fermentation cellar before moving to universities and research centres in the 2000’s (Research Institute for Brewery and Malting, VLB Berlin and University of Technology, Berlin). He then worked for Sopura Chemie GmbH where he specialised in hygiene in the brewing process, offering solutions to breweries before moving to Greece in 2008 Hellenic Breweries of Atalanti, Greece. In 2011, he rejoined the VLB as Deputy Head of Technology Department (Senior Consultant) until 2019 where he started working for Carlsberg Supply Chain, Switzerland as Senior Manager New Technologies. Since 2021, he runs Nuts and Bolts, Hands-on Expertise, a Consulting Partnership with Dipl.-Ing. Christopher Nueter.
