After studying sommellerie in Bordeaux, Carol-Ann Cailly worked in the French brewing industry. Her various professional experiences (sales in a beer shop, brand ambassador for a brewery, bartender…) gave her the opportunity to better understand the brewing market. Brewjob, a job board dedicated to the brewing industry, was created in 2019. Today, she specializes in training future zythologists and other professionnals, and writing about beer. She also is a content creator on her social medias. 

Brewjob.fr was founded in 2019. The website aims to connect employers and candidates from the brewery sector. Any job linked to the beer industry – sales, brewing, hospitality industry… – can be submitted. More than 800 candidates have posted their resumes online, and 750 job offers were published on the website in 3 years.  New services are about to be launched, including workshops for companies.
