Session description
This session looks at how breweries can move towards full waste capture and recovery. We’ll hear from the project leader of the LIFE Brewery – an EU funded project – on how an innovative aquaculture solution fits into an ambition for zero waste.
We’ll also learn from other examples of how breweries have become leaders in the sector for their zero-pollution approaches – providing for cleaner soils, water and eliminating emissions to the air.
