Donck, William

William holds a bachelor degree in bio-engineering from UCL, a master degree in Food Safety from Wageningen University, and an advanced master in brewing engineering from UCL. He has gained professional experience by working in different food related businesses (malt with Cargill, mushrooms with Permafungi, and beer wit Brussels Beer Project). William has started his PhD in October 2021 and will work on the release of odorant polyfunctional thiols from cysteinylated (Cys-) and glutathionylated (G-) precursors in hop cones.
