Graduated in Chemical Sciences from the ”Universidad Autónoma” of Madrid, Master in Brewery from the “Escuela Superior de Cerveza y Malta” (ESCEMA) in Madrid and Master in Management and Environmental Planning in the Company from the University of Cádiz. For more than 32 years I have worked at Cervezas Mahou in the areas of Quality Laboratory, Production and, for 21 years, in Environment, currently occupying the position of Director.
I am part of the Technical Committee for the Environment of “Cerveceros de España”, the Sustainability & CSR and Climate Change & Energy Working Groups of the Federation of Food and Beverage Industries of Spain (FIAB). I participate as technical support to “Cerveceros de España” in the Group of Experts on sustainability and the environment of Brewers of Europe.
Since 2015 we have been developing a project to integrate the LCA into the Company’s management operations.
