van Iersel, Martijn

In his current position at Holland Malt, a malting company operating at the global playing field, is Martijn responsible for setting out the company’s strategies on Corporate Social Responsibility, Innovation and Quality, and is part of the management team of Holland Malt. In addition he is chairing the quality program on selection and testing of new brewing varieties in the Netherlands. Martijn holds a PhD in food technology and has a background and long standing experience in brewing and malting research and practices.
