The name ‘Monk’, in honor of Thelonious Monk but also is a reference to Trappist Monks. Located in the trendy neighborhood of the Vismarkt and the Rue Dansaert, the bar is a real hotspot.. This unique place is also famous for his spaghetti and beer. During “The Brewers of Europe Forum”, you can try the special “BoEF Spaghetti”, a special recipe with Westmalle Dubbel.
